This program has been developed specifically for people looking to overcome chronic pain or rehabilitate from injury.

We will help you  to achieve your goals through a combination of movement, mindset, accountability, and lifestyle  changes.

After undertaking an extensive consultation and goal setting session, together we will identify any stressors and other factors that may be contributing to your pain. At the same time we will highlight the healthy behaviours and support systems that can help build resilience and reduce your pain.

My job is to guide, motivate, encourage and support you and to most of all, make it FUN. Through consistency, this program WILL get you results.
